Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
-5 Hang Squat Snatch 185/125
-10 Burpees Over the Barbell

Then:

“Ben”
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
-10 Power Cleans 185/125
-20 Pull-Ups

L1: 135/95 lbs

L2: 95/65 lbs

L3: 65/45 lbs

**one athlete does ALL 4 min before the other athlete can start.

**each athlete will only work for 8 min total with 4 min rest between AMRAP’s
